Everyone, I am new to the site here.

I have been battling Atypical Depression for over 20 years.  My worst symptons were brain fog, social axienty, and fatigue. I never actually felt "depressed", exept from the frustration of not being able to find help.  I have tried several different SSRI's, but all they did was make me tired and gain wait.  A started on Wellbutrin about 7 years ago and it has helped me the most.  I have also been taking Chromium Picolinate, St. Johns Wort, and Fish Oil for about 7 years.  It has ALMOST cured my Brain Fog and helped my fatigue a little, but my social anxiety actually got worse, and I believe has also caused some memory and speech issues.   I am thinking about trying some nootropics or other suppliments to help with the following:

1. memory and speech problems

2. better overall of sense of well-being

3. Help with social anxiety

What do you guys suggest I try first and at what dosage?

According to the Braverman Test, I am lacking the most in acetycholine. I was thinking about trying Alpha-GPC.  I don't mind being the human guinea pig.  I don't even care how much it all costs, as long as it is helping.
