lately my anhedonia has been getting worse, and I am looking for advice. I have been off xanax for 14 months now. The first months being off were not as bad. During month 8 the anhedonia started to get worse. I feel annoyed by the things I used to love. I recently moved to california. and now look at palm trees with no emotion. I used to feel happy looking at them. As many other things I feel the same way: music, playing guitar, TV, dating etc.
I would really like to try supplements but don't know where to start. I am currently taking 100 mg of luvox (antidepressant), which I have been on prior to taking xanax.

Also have extreme fatigue.
Any advice would be appreciated.

it's because of the SSRI (Luvox)

That's the trade off unfortunately, it artificially increases synaptic Serotonin, you're losing the ability to feel highs and lows.
