ok so basically I have been one of those people who can eat a lot and maintain a low bodyfat.  I don't really eat unhealthy foods, but the situation I have had as always been eating enough calories to not lose weight.

Recently I began taking a popular systemic enzyme supplement.  A bit later I noticed that I was getting a bit of a stomach.  Now the weird thing is that I still have a pretty lean percentage and slim figure and visible abs when I flex, but my abdomen sticks out.

A month or so after I began taking this capsule I noticed this happneing.  Maybe it's something else but athat is really the only thing I have noticed.  I haven't changed anythign ese in my reginmen ohet than niagen which I stopped using a while back.

I'd start by quitting the enzymes. I don't know what effects they might be having, but I could speculate that they were making food calories more bioavailable by cleaving proteins and other macromolecules earlier in the digestive process so that more of them are feeding you and less are feeding your gut flora. That's just a speculation, though.

If you aren't using ALCAR, I find that it keeps abdominal obesity in check for me at 1g/d.
