Hello Jango. I am new to Nootropics and currently trying out various ones separately / semi separately. I started Ashwagandha a little over a day ago. I have taken 3 doses. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but yesterday I was a bit more thirsty than i had been previous days--though not by an extreme amount such as what you seem to be describing. Maybe this is a usual side effect that just happens to be more pronounced in your case. I'm not sure but I have not seen anything about it mentioned in my research on Ashwagandha. Hope that helps some.

Thanks for your answer. In my case the thrist was extreme, I couldnt even sleep, thats why I thought it could be a usual secondary effect. But no one else has reported it like me.... Maybe was the brand, Or me..

It's not a normal side effect in my opinion. I don't know if its true but I heard if you are abnormally thirsty it means your kidney is overworking.
