I realize they pulled a lot of stuff on Amazon over the years, but I'd like to buy my supplement there. Out of everything on Amazon what pill worked for you the most, now I know some people are going to claim "there's no one pill for bla bla bla" but just give me one of those that will be a good base to add stuff to. Like CILTEP maybe? I have Neuro Optimizer right now and it doesn't seem to be doing much. Thoughts on DMAE? Is it safe? I have been adding DMAE to Neuro Optimizer and its pretty great but then I read something about it inhibiting Choline or something in another thread, the True Focus stuff has like 60 MG of DMAE and I didn't really notice the effects much but when I took a 250MG of DMAE it was very pronounced a very good euphoric feeling for hours and also clearer thinking but there was a overstimulizing effect up front like when I took one scoop of Oxiracetam if feels like your going to throw up and your hearts going 100mph and slight light headedness, anyone every have that effect?

Probably just theanine.  I just looked and Liftmode's phenylpiracetam is no longer listed, so that's it.  I never purchased Liftmode's before but ... still, at least it was listed lol.

Now's True Focus has some things in it that are (in my opinion) just there for show, because the dosages are a joke.  CoQ10, taurine, potassium, gingko (assuming it's even real ginkgo given the recent bust on brands' ginkgo supplements)

Let's assume someone takes the full dose of 4 pills in the day.  They get

400 mg taurine  ... piddling.  I low dose taurine and that is 500 mg once in the morning, sometimes again at night.

40 mg  CoQ10 ... lol.  Should be a minimum of 100 mg.  ( up to 300 or 400 mg by the end of the day)  but coQ10 is a little more on the expensive side ... so go figure

140 mg ginkgo ...  studies on ginkgo showed that ginkgo's effects were only seen at doses between 240-360 mg daily.  So a proper ginkgo supplement would be like 120 mg caps.  Anything less and your just throwing money away on placebo.

Potassium ... just lol

I can't speak to DMAE dosage since I've never really looked into that substance before so I don't know optimal dosage, but it seems you have that knowledge already.  Same with grape seed.

This is why I don't like to buy blends.  Usually they're going to have doses of something that just too low to be useful.  The other reason is because I usually have a problem with one of the ingredients and end up having to chuck the whole thing and waste a lot of money.

Neuro Optimizer, even though it's the reputable Jarrow brand, is still a blend and has one of the same pitfalls.  So a full dose would have:

Only 50 mg ALA  ... ALA is best taken @ 100 mg doses a few times a day (not 400 mg all at once)

HOLY SHHHH

I just looked to see the prices on Bulk Supplement stuff, because I used to order their stuff from Amazon before I switched to Powder City, and AH, Powder City has merchandise listed on Amazon.  Awesome.

250 grams of taurine  for $13   Bulk Supplements

250 grams of taurine for $7   Powder City

If you can handle BioPerine then Dr Best would be a good CoQ10 to get

Or Swanson's

Powder City's pre-capped  theanine & caffeine (at good doses of each per serving)  or just theanine

Best active B complex in the world  check their site for the full ingredient list
