Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could take a look at my adrenal test results (below), and tell me if they seem to be in the normal range. I struggle with pervasive fatigue, but it's much, much worse in the mornings. I often compare my brain/ body to those gigantic industrial lights that take a long time to power up, but once they're on, they're on. By that I mean, I find that I become "more awake" as the day progresses, resulting in me usually having the most energy in the evening.

I'm on a search for help on what's causing that, so I started with an adrenal test. It seems that my cortisol is generally within normal range, but on the low side in the early afternoon. I'll also post my DHEA results.

Is anything out of the ordinary? Anything I can do to optimize? Thanks!

 Test Name              Result    Units         Range

DHEAS (Saliva)        11.3        ng/mL        2-23 (Age Dependent)

Cortisol (Saliva)        7.0          ng/mL        3.7-9.5 (morning)

Cortisol (Saliva)        1.2          ng/mL        1.2-3.0 (noon)

Cortisol (Saliva)        1.1          ng/mL        0.6-1.9 (evening)

Cortisol (Saliva)        1.0          ng/mL        0.4-1.0 (night)

2.5g of L-Glycine made a gigantic difference for me. I'd try this, it's very cheap

Don't eat close to bed (ideally 3-4 hours before bed is your last meal)

Some report a tbsp of honey works great too. I'm not sure, but it's worth a try
