Hey guys I'am thinking of making a stack for work*(I've been taking noopept alone but it's not enough), I need to work long hours from 5'am till night in a buisness that demands hight coginitive abillity and creative thinking from me and taking in lots of informations on short notice. I train 4-5 days a week in the gym*(heavy lifting + cardio) also I sleep for around 5 hours at most plus a nap sometimes in a day. I don't have any health issues and currently am taking creatine and DHEA plus some protein. So I've given it some thought and made up a stack I think would work quite well for me wich is:
Stats:
- Height: 185 cm
- Weight: 232lbs
- Age: 22
Stack b.i.d :
- Noopept 15-20 mg
- Aniracetam 750 mg
- Oxiracetam 600 mg
- Huperzia Serrata
- Vinca Minor
- ALCAR
- mio-Inozytol
- Cholin
- Vitamin B5
- Fish Oils
- Coffe with butter and coconut oil
I was thinking about adding about 100-150mg of Adrafinil to it just for the kick when needed.
So guys any advice on the stack? The stuff below oxiracetam i'am not sure about quantites yet that's why i didnt post them, any advice on that, and changing the stack around ?
