There is some anecdotal information and I believe some studies that report an anxiolytic effect from noopept. Some users here report a fairly strong anxiolytic effect, others nothing or even stimulation.
Assuming that there is some anxiolytic effect from noopept, does anyone have a proposed method of action? I've never seen one elucidated.
