I am a male smoker for the past 15 years. I started back in college and now im really feeling the effects. I need to quit but easier said then done right. So the best I did was 7 months, that was about 5 years ago, and went through a stressful situation and picked it up again. That is why im posting this topic to see if any other people have gone through similar situations. After doing a little research I have come to a conclusion that Lobelia, l theanine and licorice is a good combination. I have tried the cold turkey route but I seem to always go back. Any suggestions ?
