Hey,

Does anyone know what EVOO any of the pre-made suppliers use, preferably carbon60oliveoil.com?

I have two reasons I'm interested:

1) I'd like to isolate the effects I notice from the C60 vs the olive oil, and

2) The olive oil itself is quite good, and would make a great gift

It seems like the oil that c60oo uses is a lighter oil yet on the website they said it's a high polyphenol oil, and in my experience all high polyphenol oils seem quite "heavy" on the stomach. I guess it's also possible that the C60 somehow makes the oil taste/feel different.

I contacted them but have not heard back yet.

Thanks

I don't know what carbon60oliveoil.com is using, but the couple bottles I've bought from them tasted mild.  High polyphenol oils usually have stronger flavors.  I'm really not concerned about the polyphenol level in c60oo, since I'm not taking it for the polyphenols.  I use a lot of olive oil with meals, and select it to have the highest polyphenol level I can get without sacrificing flavor.  I get enough polys from that, and the amount of oil I'm consuming as c60oo just isn't enough to be a significant source of polyphenols in comparison.  I've made a number of batches of c60oo with several different kinds of olive oil, and my experience is that the finished product tastes the same as the oil I started with.

There is large scale epidemiology that says olive oil is good for human health; there doesn't seem to be much debate about that.  However, I've never found it to be something that I could "feel" in the short term, at least not from the amount I use.  If you're noticing effects from c60oo, I doubt that it's the olive oil you're noticing.

There are several places on the net that sell high quality olive oil; I've always used AmphoraNueva.com, which I've had good experiences with.

This C60 is a small sample intended for element collectors.  It would probably work, but unless I missed it, they didn't say how much was there.  For only 13,90 EUR, It's unlikely to be a gram.  Maybe 100-200 mg?  It's a pretty small vial.  I've always bought from SES Research in the US, but I remember seeing at least one German company that sold fullerenes.  If SES's shipping is too high, maybe you could find a supplier in the EU.

If SES's shipping is too high

For US-based shipping SES is running a Halloween special of 99c shipping for orders over $50 and $18 international for orders over $100.

Mention code Treat1031 in the comments section at checkout. Final discount will be given at time of processing.

Code expires 02-Nov-2015.
