Is this stack good? Also, I stopped taking 5 HTP because it seemed to cause heart palpitations, I’m also looking for a B-vit. Multi and I want to try CBD again.

-Hemp Protein (Magnesium, Zinc) 3tbsp daily

-myo-inostiol 8g daily for panic

-Rhodiola Rosea 250mg 3% rosavins 1% salidrosides cap daily (3weeks on 1week off)

-L-theanine Suntheanine 100mg cap 2 times daily

-Kagoshima Sencha Tea or Matcha tea powder 8oz 2 times daily

-Bacopa 300mg extract powder daily, although bacopa upregulates your serotonin system so I might stop

-Sulbutiamine 300-600mg in place of tea during high workload days; upregulates dopamine receptors.

-Vitatmin D 2000IU daily

-Omega 3 DHA fish oil daily

-Gelatinized MACA 1-2tsp daily, I was taking Raw MACA powder but it upset my stomach and I’ve read horror stories about it. High heat and pressure does destroy the glucosinolates in gelatinized Maca so that’s kind of a bummer

-Chlorella/Spirulina tablets 3g daily

-Ashwagandha/holy basil for sleep rarely

-Reishi 10:1 Powder 2 times weekly

-Psilocybin once every year. Rids of my anxiety after use and motivates me to change and help others

Also, I believe it is vital to reduce wants and instead strive for your needs. Needs are fundamental for life and will in turn bring you satisfaction. Wants are interminable and yearning for things will cause great suffering. This has ridded of much of my worry and anxiety. Minimalism can be quite boring but someone who suffers from anxiety boring often feels comfortable and lavish.

Have you build this stack over a long time, tweaking special problems? If yes, could you elaborate on what worked on which problem for you? Thank you so much.

I'd also try Relora, and I found this product very good:

Swedish Herbal Institute Adapt 232:

Rhodiola rosea (root)
Eleutherococcus senticosus (root)
Schisandra chinensis (fruit)

to the opening poster: have you tried propranalol?

Yes, Hemp Protein has a significant about of Magnesium and Zinc, both great for anxiety. I took Hemp protein on and off for two years before deciding to take it everyday. It also packs essential amino acids and is high in fiber.

Myo-inositol is something that I use to control the onset of panic. Usually, I’m on and off with this stuff but If I’m worrying to much or my OCD is taking control I’ll take a high dosage around 12-18g and my OCD will disappear. However, high dosages of myo-inostiol can induce brain fog but it is reversible, it also can make one feel fatigued. If you take low dosages everyday it does lower anxiety over a longer period of time.

Rhodiola Rosea is great for fatigue it acts similar to caffeine without the nervous, anxious jitters. However, you have to find the right dosage because sometimes it can be too stimulating. I use this for when I’m feeling depressed and it lefts me up and gives me a sense of wellbeing.

I might get rid of L-theanine, it fine in green tea but the sumtheanine I find that many people are ambivalent about it. I took 100-200mg on and off for a year and when I was in solitude it worked to calm my mind and helped me to better focus, however I’ve noticed that when I take it in high stress situations or simply meeting up with my friends I feel that it exasperates my anxiety. L-theannine is a mild NMDA antagonist. I feel almost disconnected from even my closest friends. I’ve taken high dosages over 1000mg and the results are uncomfortable. It does feel like a mild NMDA antagonist, like I feel dissociated, sensitive to stimuli, panicky, and depersonalized. So, do not take extremely high dosages of L-theanine.

Sencha tea is just something I love. I love the taste and the experience. Sencha and especially, matcha tea help to calm my mind. They do have between 30-45mg of caffeine but the l-theanine balances this.

Bacopa, I’m not so sure about this. I’ve only been taking it for a week, and I always tell my self I feel better on it and that my anxiety has decreased but every time I forget to take I almost feel better. I’m not sure about this stuff.

Chlorella/Spirulina I take for better skin and for energy. It gives me a rush of jitter free energy.

I would add lemon balm/passion flower/ skullcap complex as needed.  Also, 8 G of Myo-Inositol might get tough on your stomach.

Rhodiola Rosea at the right dosage is great for fatigue and depression, never tried the other three mentioned though. What is Relora’s mechanism of action?

Yeah, i’ll probably decrease the dosage to 3-4g. If I take inositol on an empty stomach there’s a 90% chance I’m squirting.

I probably will refrain from taking Lemon Balm because it is a GABA TRANSAMINASE INHIBITOR. Wouldn’t prolonged use lead to down regulation of receptors?

What is passion flowers mechanism of action I heard it was very calming and great for anxiety.

Here's a study for Passion Flower--

BTW if you don't have an aversion to going the drug route Tianeptine really worked for me.
