Hi. I've recently red that curcumine can be used as an antidepressant . I've even heard that is dangerous to take it while you are on SSRI treatment...

Does anyone tried it for a long period with success??

What brand?    What dose?  (I know curcumine is quite expensive)

I've tried it for my joint pain, during 1 month, and didnt notice any remarkable effect.  But maybe it was too short period, or not a good brand. I heard it has to be mixed with piperine to work better...

And what about mixing it with St john Wort (in low dose)?  Do you think it is safe?  (they are both MAO inhibitors)

I dont want to take any risk with St John's Wort, but maybe their could do a synergistic effect in a low dose.

Nowadays Im on tianeptine with no success. Im thinking to change it to curcumine
