I am wondering if anyone here has ADHD how bad does your long term memory get? Is it possible to have severe long term memory issues with ADHD?

Are you referring to memory of places, events, yourself, your ideas?  With ideas and ADD/anxiety/mania/Schizo, there tends to be a rush of complex ideas, which of course is going to be more difficult than a few simple ideas to recall at a later time, in totality.

Not remembering what you've read or eaten could be mild cognitive impairment, your age is undisclosed.  It could just be ADD, depression (which impairs concentration and learning as well), a sedentary lifestyle, topped off with the cherry of a mindless diet.

I would try my best to stay intellectually active and not be discouraged by apparent degradation of my faculties, even if actually severe.  Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
