Hi, I haven't been taking supplements or reading about the latest for about a year or two. I have severe gad and panic disorder

Just starting again and this is what I'm going to be starting per day

multivits 100 percent, 500mg krill oil, 30mg lithium orotate, D3 1000iu, K2 100mcg

Any feedback would be lovely (: I'm also thinking of adding in a micro dose of noopept or another nootropic once this regime is established. Sorry if post us difficult to read this was posted from my mobile

for anxiety try:  theanine/green tea, ginkgo, ginseng, ALCAR/PS, bacopa, kava, ash, or valerian

 

the swanson tabs are ~5mg elemental... more than enough IMO.

vitamin k2? would you bleed to death from a papercut man?  and k1 is just as good, think cruciferous... same with D3, you can get a little D2 from certain mushroom brands, and of course you should sunbathe nude 5-10mins daily.

the krill i would recommend instead fish: sardines, shrimp, salmon, a little tuna

and generally instead of a multivit, think healthy diet
