can anyone explain me what's the difference of the different types of curcumine?? 

 

which one is the best for pain / inflammation?

meriva phytosome

curcumine with biperine

BCM 95

 

is that true that it really works like a NAIDS without side-effects?

Also I dont know if curcumin and tumeric are the same thing...

 

I tried Super-bio curcumine but it didnt work in my case. I was told its the best curcumine form

 

I want to give another chance to curcumine, But I want to be sure to be right.. Im from Spain and I need to buy it overseas
