I've been curious about this powder, but the price tag has kept me away:
For ~$75 bucks, you get 30 packets, each containing 400mg of a hydroponically-grown red grape skin powder rich in natural resveratrol glycoside / synergistic antioxidants. Although, it looks like it only provides around 5 milligrams of resveratrol and 40mg of polyphenols per serving.
The last time I picked up some resveratrol, I went with NeoCell's, which provides 30 servings of grape skin / grape seed extract (plus some pomegranate / quercetin flavonols) containing 100 milligrams of resveratrol per serving at around $19 bucks.
My thought process here is that I can add a packet or two to a small bottle of balsamic vinegar and kick my salads into high gear with a sort of functional-food rich in resveratrol (and possibly counteract whatever negative arterial effects my high-fat olive-oil based salads might produce.)
What are your thoughts on this "BioHarvest" supplement? I searched the forums but didn't see it mentioned.
