Hello there, So i was wondering. Can any of you recommend good supplements for staying awake, not amphetamine, I would like to have nootropics that would get close to the desired results as a amphetamine can provide which is staying awake and focused without actually being amphetamine.

Then the other/others would be for sleeping, Lets say something similar to valium.

Post all you got folks I appreciate the help, Its so cool having people just helping you out and stuff on the internet that like shows how many wicked cool people are out there ^^

I would recommend the basics for alertness:  Tyrosine, DLPA, Alpha GPC, acetyl L-carnitine, and adaptive herbs like rhodiola. Add this to a source of caffeine like yerba mate tea.  For sleep I would recommend a combo of magnesium glycinate, glycine, inositol and possibly the additon of melatonin.  These are safe places to start.

Rhodiola combined with Eleuthero for staying awake - take before lunch on an empty-ish stomach. If you haven't slept well the night before this will stop you from nodding off in the early-afternoon. Can add in cordyceps as well, may boost the effect more.

There was a eleuthero bottle I tried that just made me sleepy.

Maybe it just was bad or something.

As I’ve mentioned many times, I jus’ loves me some etizolam. Best damn sleeping pill there is, bar none. There’s almost nothing wrong with it. It’s cheap, easily obtainable, doesn’t interfere with sleep architecture, is relatively hard to get addicted to, has an almost perfect half-life, is legal in all but three states, probably doesn’t cause the same memory and cognitive deficits that traditional benzos do, and has a reverse-tolerance effect with repeated use. Of all the hardcore sleep aids (benzos, barbiturates, and the z-drugs), it’s almost undoubtedly the safest one to use for a prolonged period of time. I take one milligram of prazosin and a teaspoon of glycine every night an hour before bed. Nine times out of ten, that’s all I need. But if sleep isn’t forthcoming within an hour, I just take two milligrams of eti and it’s “good night, nurse.”
