My Aims:
- Study for long periods of time and memorise things more easily
- Be able to focus and concentrate on one boring topic (I cannot do this)
- Not get distracted easily and stay on task for 4-6 hours
- Motivation
- Speech & Presentation, I am really outgoing and sociable but I get so scared during big speeches and even though I can convince myself they are not something to fear, I still get the hormonal effects (eg adrenaline) and cannot talk without trembling, forgetting words, etc
- Go from AAC at AS to A*A*A at A2 (main goal hahah)
My Background:
- Barely 18, no disorders, no problems, dont drink or do other drugs.
- Work out 2-4x a week (lifting)
- Some times I use Cellucor C4 PreWorkout (1/2wice a week)
My (intended) Stacks:
I have just bought the following beginner stack:
L Theanine 200 mg + Caffeine 100mg + Bacopa Monniera 500mg - will take it early morning, 6/7AM and then have food after (or before, which is best?)
After a week of this I want to move onto:
Noopept 10mg once a day (3 days) --> Noopept 20mg once a day (5 days --> Noopept 30mg once a day (7 days)
I would take it again, in the early morning with 100mg caffeine and (perhaps?) L Theanine.
Just to find out which dosage is best for me. Should I increase amount of days I try it or not?
I then want to stack Noopept with the following:
Noopept + Pramaracetam + Alpha GPC
What dosages would be good to start and how much should I increment it to find my sweet spot?

I'm going to buy it with a friend so how many grams of each compound should I go for? For example would I only need 10g of Noopept so I may as well split the bag with my friend?
