I am about to start my first experience with racetams and would like to include a form of choline both for synergistic purposes and to minimize headaches as a side effect of the racetam. I've read that choline can cause or aggravate depression in some people and I want to avoid that if possible. Is there a form of choline that is less likely than others to cause or aggravate depression? Thanks

You don't necessarily need choline for the racetams. Try them without choline and see if you get a headache. Some of us have adverse effects with choline  like depression, anger, anhedonia.
