This gives a hint where Calico is aiming with part of initial work, as they have a collaboration agreement with Buck Institute.

We now have this study by Buck Institute and a while ago we had this:

"Do We Have Genes that Exist to Hasten Aging? New Data, New Arguments, But the Answer is Still No"

Author(s): Aubrey D.N.J. de Grey

Affiliation: SENS Research Foundation, Mountain View, USA.

My guts tell me to go with serious studies vs. nice articles.

Are you saying that the Buck paper is evidence for genes that were evolutionarily selected to cause aging?  I don't think it says that at all, and I don't think they are making any such claim.  Your gut is probably not the best guide on biological questions unless you have many years of experience in the biological sciences.

"Are you saying that ... " what I said is easy to follow/understand. Please just read + compute.

"Your gut is probably not the best guide on biological questions unless you have many years of experience in the biological sciences."

... nice try and I understand you want to prove your legacy in this field.

But you need more to be convincing (I'm sure you will click on "unfriendly button").

If you are familiar with deep learning, machine learning (if you want, you can start playing with TensoFlow by Google, now is OpenSource for one machine/mobile:http://googleresearc...-machine_9.html), AI, etc. you knew why "going by guts" is not what you wrote in your post. I can give you more examples, including people that took Noble Prize, because of that.

Thank you for your posts, but I prefer to focus on constructive work/projects in this field.
