Should you supplement with glutathione if you take PQQ? I ask because I hear that PQQ decreases glutathione levels in the body.

Might as well take 100-200mg of NAC in that case.  Some people alternatively recommend ubiquinol.

No oral PQQ toxicity has been found in rats, and in fact protects cells from ROS due to high glucose. The reverse has been found in at least one human cancer cell line, where PQQ is toxic to the cancer cells. The abstract is not entirely clear, but it seems that adding NAC decreases GSH (opposite of what it does without PQQ) and increases necrosis of the cells, thus increasing intracellular ROS, while adding GSH increases apoptosis. As apoptosis is generally preferable to necrosis, GSH co-supplementation should be a lot better than NAC if you have cancer.

PQQ alone is known to increase GSH in some cell models, but I don't see anything suggesting that additional GSH would hurt. Can't say the same for NAC.
