This makes a correlation with porn addiction and impotence/desensitization. Very interesting theories and science present here.

I think porno also leads to sexual-immorality. Think of it like a drug that you develop a tolerance to. When you were young you would masturbate to a woman in panties and a bra, then you develop a tolerance to it and that is not enough, you start masturbating to sexual-intercourse and when that no longer becomes enough, you start masturbating to more and more explicit/taboo material. In extreme cases, I think a lot of people masturbate to bestiality and pedophilia, because "regular" porn just isn't good enough anymore.

The video smartly mixes up internet addiction and porn addiction in order to drive home the intended message, a load of crap at best.

Sexual-immorality is another load of crap, morality is about not hurting others, not about sexual preferences.

To link porn addiction to pedophilia is worst than linking cannabis use to heroin addiction, why not stating that porn addiction leads to homosexuality or coprophagy too? :)

To suggest that masturbate to a woman in panties and a bra is more "moral" than masturbating to sexual-intercourse or to more and more explicit/taboo material can't avoid to puzzle me...

About the low libido and potency issue I understand that the use it or loose it rule applies here too.

If the issue was real no issue would exist since would auto-regulates itself: watch porn = loose libido = stop watching porn, end of the story, which in facts happens to a certain degree (I have yet to hear of somebody spending 24-7-365 masturbating in front of a screen), probably because our brain is way smarter than suggested in the video.

If the message would be masturbate watching porn may in some case lead to such a degree of satisfaction enough to lessen the desire for "real" sex it might be but that would apply to just masturbate with no porn watching too.

Are we trying to drive home the message that masturbating is "immoral" or bad for you?

Why not remembering everybody that will make you go blind too? :)

Everybody should be free of choosing what likes best for his/her pleasure as long as the choice doesn't hurt anybody else.

There are far more disturbing problems in the world to care about than at what one watches or thinks while masturbating in the privacy of is own bedroom.

I did.

In my view in the video internet addiction and porn addiction were mixed up smartly to drive home the intended message.

Internet addiction is whole different matter than porn addiction, most negative consequences stated in the video related much more to internet addiction than porn.

It is just an exercise in showing how easy is to make anything look evil out of nothing if one really cares.

If the intention is about morality I have already expressed my point of view about the subject, if the intention is to bring scientific evidence its a joke.

I actually believe there is no such thing as porn addiction, it just doesn't exist, period.

People watch porn to jerk off, end of the story, there is no addiction involved whatsoever or we have to state that exist masturbation addiction too.

What addiction is?

If addiction means that something becomes a necessity or strongly needed every day and maybe even more than once a day than I am an addict without any hope!

I am addicted to eat,to drink, to sleep, to training, to sex, to wash my hands and teeth and much more.........

This all thing has much more to do with a disturbing twisted concept of morality than anything else, that's all.

Where were the religio-moral undertones? He seemed to have spoken about psychology and biology primarily and the effects both individually and tribally on mating rituals and sexual potency. Nor was anything about premarital sex mentioned. At that point i'd probably have shut it off myself. Not sure what you're deriving your assertions from after watching the video. He is simply saying that young men have more sexual potency in the long term when made to seek it out in the psycho-biological environment instead of deadening the sense mechanisms involved by releasing it all by ourselves. It makes sense to me.

Senses don't go dead because of use, the opposite is true.

Testosterone raises when just thinking about having sex, leave alone when watching porn, after watching porn and masturbate testosterone has been found to drop to normal levels by at least one research on the subject and that was likely due to guilt feelings raising cortisol which is a testosterone antagonist.

Those guilt feelings are tightly connected to twisted morality about what is "good" and what isn't.

In this perspective to those individual brainwashed by social-religious dogmas whom perceive watching porn and masturbate in general as a "bad" thing it is possible that the effect is kind of negative and that stopping a behavior that is perceived as wrong leads to a better quality of life.

Since It has nothing to do with with the biology of the act itself but with a screwed mind focusing on the act is misleading and a scientific nonsense, the psychological reasons involved are far more complex and attention deserving.

Once I watched a male pornstar interview, the interviewer was amazed when the pornstar revealed he was masturbating several times a day in despite of all the "real" sex obviously at hand, one doesn't aspect a pornstar needs to masturbate but the guy explained that since having sex was is job he needed to train in order to keep performances in top shape, just like any professional or athlete does... and THAT makes sense to me.

Obviously a pornstar has a different perception related to sex in general than most people do and guess what?

No potency loss or miserable life as a consequence of masturbating or watching porn, actually the opposite is true.

Some people goes to the extreme of locking themselves up in chastity because the guilt feelings of masturbating are so unbearable.

This deviant relationship with sex is all due to the weird fact that all the western world embraced a religion that originates in a part of the globe where for some mysterious reason sex is regarded as the greatest taboo.

A religion is nothing else than a set of morality rules supposed to guarantee some sort of order in the society regardless of governments laws, since those morality rules are likely to be very deeply imprinted in the individuals living in a society embracing a religion if those rules are twisted we end up with twisted minded individuals.

I am not saying masturbation should not be done, I am saying it might be a better experience when the biological component of the imagination is utilized for attaining the images that one "gets off" on rather than constantly needing more and more novel forms of pornography, which is another thing he mentioned in the video.

Comedian Doug Stanhope has mused that after watching hours of novel pornography he was left with a "cold, dead eraser" in his hand.

Though this is levity at its finest, it does convey the same point mentioned in the above video.

This is just my opinion of what you have written. Defending your porno addiction will not heal the psychological causes of your illness. You should not talk about certain subjects that may display your inner problems and secrets.

In fact if porn addiction was my issue I likely wouldn't talk about it in order to not display inner problems and secrets.

The fact that you live porn and sex as an addiction, a psychological illness symptom of inner problems and secrets, says it all and justify fair enough your opinion about my writings.

I suppose you do consider homosexuality as an addiction and a psychological illness too.

...and sick perverts all those evil subjects copulating in positions different from missionary....

Lets the purifying hell's flames take care of them! :)

I think both green tea and curcumin/turmeric decreases my libido. Fasting strangely seems to increase it.
