Here is My Stack, you don't have to look at it unless you find my story interesting.

Morning:

Generic Multivitamin&Mineral Pill

VItamin D         5000UI

EPA                 1000mg

DHA                 500mg

Ashwagandha  500mg  (or 1000mg sometimes, nature's way with 4% withanolides of 20mg per 500mg cap)

Advil                 200mg  (taken occasionally, especially when inflammation is visible in the form of mouth ulcer. )

Adderall            15mg   (For my ADHD treatment)

Phenibut            2.8g    (To combat Adderall induced anxiety)

Fasoracetam     50mg  (sublingual)

Caffeine            100mg (sublingual)

NALT                100mg (sublingual)

Noon

Adderall            15mg

Caffeine            100mg (sublingual)

NALT                100mg (sublingual)

Advil                 200mg  (taken occasionally, especially when inflammation is visible in the form of mouth ulcer. )

Evening

Melatonin            5mg

Lithium Orotate   120mg   (1 pill, taken occasionally when I think Melatonin is not gonna cut it)

Etizolam              2 - 4 mg (Taken occasionally,  when the two above can't cut it)

Advil                    200mg  (taken occasionally, especially when inflammation is visible in the form of mouth ulcer. )

So here comes the story. Whenever I get back to my apartment from work, I take off my clothes and lie in my bed and try to blank out for a few minutes, every part of my skin starts to itch, the more I scratch, the more it itches (no surprise here). But there is not a single bump on my scratched skin, so I think this might not be an allergic reaction ? Sometimes I scratched so hard blood dots would appear under the epidermis. The persistent itch only appeared recently when I started taking the stack daily without weekend break, Because I would otherwise just sleep throughout the whole weekend and get no social life without my stack. I thought I could deal with the itch, given my recent blood test showing everything OK, I reasoned it might just be Ashwagandha, so I never would have posted such issue here until something strange happened a couple days ago when I decided to take a one day break.

While taking a few days off work, I decided to stop taking the whole stack all together(except vitamin D, caffeine and NALT only in the morning), for just one day. Some of you guys are gonna call me dumb ass for cold-turkeying Phenibut, but I think I know enough to take this risk as I was taking faso as GABA-B upregulator daily prior the break, and Phenibut withdrawal peaks at around 3-4 days after stopping. This was just a one day deal, I thought, I should be able to ride it out with no problem. Even there might be a possibility of early onset of severe withdrawal, I have contingency stack to ameliorate the severity.

But ..... what happened after I stopped was very strange. I experience the following symptoms:

  • Numbness throughout whole body. I just a strange feeling, like what I experienced after a bad LSD trip, everywhere feels numb and uneasy. When I touch my own skin it feels like I'm wearing a rain coat. "This is not my body" is my conscious thought. All my senses had decreased significantly, I feel less pain and the usual headache in the after noon is gone, as much as I can feel. It gets more weird, I can't tell if I'm full or hungry, and I don't have appetite either.

  • Decreased Psycho-motor Function.  I find walking challenging, in the sense that I have to consciously direct my walking gesture otherwise my legs would probably look funny, I even feel funny when walking, it's like the legs have gotten their own will. It's funnier when I walk upstairs

  • Decreased Spatial Awareness.  Combined with the first symptom, this makes me extremely anxious about driving. The numbness throughout my whole body basically disallowed my ability to tell if I need to slow down for the turn or I might end up in a ditch, as now my body can barely know that I am in a sitting position, much less able to sense the acceleration and centripetal force experienced by a normal person when driving. The lack of spatial awareness is just worse, yesterday I almost crashed into a car...at 20 mph, just because I was distracted by the fly in the car.

  • Lost touch with reality/Depersonalization.  This is more or less the product of the 3 previous symptoms. I just feel like I am living in a TV Show, where nothing matters, and nothing is real. I can still go to work and interact with people with no problem, as most of the verbal communication requires only subconscious effort.

After the break day I got back on my stack, except the fish oil and ashwagandha ran out, bummer. The symptoms seem to subside over 2 days of continued supplement. But I still wonder, WTF was going on when I was off stack for just one day ? I am very sure it's not the phenibut w/d as I did not experience below-baseline anxiety. I think it has to do with norepinephrine and serotonin. But I have had Adderall + Phenibut combined withdrawal before, which was horrible and typical as described by others, but still nothing like what I experienced this time. I would like to hear anyone with any idea. I am much more curious than worried.

Edit: Before people ask: I just changed my AC filter 1 week ago, and I feel itchy when I spend the night at my parents' house.

I also eat healthy, I eat enough leafy greens and some fruits and I very rarely eat fast food.

I also have a cat, but I'm pretty sure I'm not allergic to cat since I have had her for 1 year with no problem.
