So, my two main questions are: Are there health risks after discontinuation of the stack? Do antipletelets (such as aspirin, vinagre, ...), propanolol (for the heart rate), and mild exercises help with safety and recovery?

Here's how it went, if you're interested: Last Friday I took the stack + BCAA and had a heavy and competitive day of BJJ. I didn't sleep at night and, next morning, travelled to the beach house. There, the lawn and the house itself desperately needed keeping, which I sorely did till dawn. Next morning took the stack again and went back at the house keeping thing. Midday I had some fatty mayo with potatoes and great bleeding red meat plus lots of coffee and, in the afternoon, during coffee break, I was trying to yawn but, strangely, couldn't get the satisfaction of it - spo I kept trying to yawn. Then, at night, I felt all the following effects in about this order:

 - heavy and growing agina pectoris, difficulty breathing ( had to "force" myself to breathe), low blood pressure, lightheadedness, numbness of limbs, confusion and loss of cognitive depth, heavy tachycardia, dissociation, extremely wild arrhythmia with split second fainting, lower body spasms, muscular weakness.

Even though I've quit, some of the side efects now reoccur mildly.

I was taking the minimum starting dose (15mg ephedrine sulfate, 120mg theophylline, about 250mg aspirin with lots and lots of strong coffee) which is considered nothing for ECA stack users, but add the strenuous exercising, lack of sleep, fatty foods, jugs of strong coffee and a very probable senstiveness to the formula, and there you have it: OD.

Needless to say, I was brought to the hospital, ER feling the symptoms described very acutely. My CK enzymes were 4x the maximum - now they're back to proper limits. When they got second confirmation through blood sample analysis my CK was getting lower, I was discharged. No antiplatalets or anything else. Next night I travelled back to the city and, the night after, was feeling some mild stroke symptoms: one side was numb and pricky, strong headache, very weird eyesight. There I went to the ER back again.

After 24h of a battery of exams,  feel sleepy during the day (like when I deeply need a strong coffee to get my brain back together), and don't sleep that well at night: insomnia and awaken by shortness of breath/broken breathing patterns, palpitations, numbness on major limbs and a pricking sensation). When I eat, I get stronger headaches and things wave a little in front of my eyes. Also some smaller chest and back pains and some muscular pains. Not too good, is it.

If anyone can offer some input it'll be great.

Sounds like you had a panic attack. The doctors told you you had an OD or was that from your own conclusion?

Docs. Throughout the episode I was only closely monitoring my bodily responses, had no real emotions except concern and even that took the backseat. I was referring to it as "side effects" and doc told me "what you had was an overdose". Told me he just got a guy patient the other day who had taken the stack and had an actual heart attack at the gym - said this kind of situation is not uncommon with stimulant combos/abuse - all the more common with ephedrine. Another doc told me something similar about theophylline. It would never occur to me that one could OD with such a low/minimum dose.

For the record, I don't feel the listed effects anymore except that I was left with a much better natural aerobic/cardio resistance (and great vascularization). I still am trying to grasp what exactly happened, the mechanism, and if there's any long term risks, though.

Update: Am 100% great and have been so about a month plus after that incident.

It really, really seems that after that situation I broke beyond my previous physical resistance plateau. I'm an above-average strength, muscular enough guy and I'm having enough gas to keep up with the lightest of athletes in bodyweight-type battery of exercises - but I do use loads of BCAA, some creatine and maltodextrin.

No matter any possible benefits, I'd never recommend the experience to anyone in any way shape or form, EVER, or would I ever have repeated the "experiment" even knowing the light, probable positive end result.

Even though I'm fine, hopefully completely recovered and healthy and found out that after this situation my body was craving magnesium like one craves air after having one's head held underwater (as I had a huge herxheimer reaction after kefir in which a speeding heart arrhythmia was the worst symptom), I'd still like to find out the mechanisms of the situation and ways to ensure heart/overall health, endurance and safety (longevity).

Thanks for any bit of knowledge/imput.
