Hi,

just wanted to know, if I can take Uridine and Aniracetam at the same day.

My daily procedure:

Morning

Uridine 125mg sublingual

30-45 minutes later:

Breakfast

Vitamin C - 1500mg

Quercetin- 500mg

Vitamin B Complex (not high potential)

Vitamin B6 - 250mg

Vitamin B9 - 250mcg

Vitamin B12 - 500mcg sublingual

Magnesium-l-threonat - 300mg

Vitamin D - 5000IE

Vitamin K Complex - K1 1000mcg, K2(4) 1000mcg and K2(7) 200mcg

Fish Oil - 2000mg, EPA 720mg / DHA 480mg

Aniracetam - 500mg

Cholin bitartrate - 250mg

Noon

Lunch

Vitamin C - 2000mg

Quercetin- 500mg

Fish Oil - 2000mg, EPA 720mg / DHA 480mg

Aniracetam - 500mg

Cholin bitartrate - 250mg

Vitamin B12 - 500mcg sublingual

Afternoon

Uridine - 125mg sublingual

Evening

Dinner

Vitamin C - 2000mg

Quercetin- 500mg

Magnesium - 800mg

Aniracetam - 500mg

Cholin bitartrate - 250mg

1h before going to sleep

Phosphatidylserin - 300mg

GABA - 1000mg

Inositol - 500mg

I take a high dose of Vitamin C and B6 with Quercitin to cure my histamine intolerance...

I do not take Vitamin C in the evening after a workout.

Does anyone see a potential risk with this stack?

Thx,

Tony

Pharmacist Suzy Cohen recommends DOA supplement for histamine control.  She has a free newsletter worth signing up for.. and you can read her older articles online.
