Just started this particular combo - does anyone have any experience/input to share?

It's an effective antidepressant, see here. From personal experience it's pretty damm effective; but, I've quit most nootropics or poly-pharma altogether. I might jump back on it if I feel in the dumps again. NSI-189 still is king in my books for depression along with "hopefully" a future group buy for NRX-1074.

i used to do that combo. buspirone by itself was making me a bit agitated and definitely dizzy. adding melatonin to it, it added to the dizzyness and also sleepiness but no effect on depression. it was mostly sedating. but here is the bummer, i couldnt sleep on those two combined at all. sleepy, but agitated and cannot sleep continuously keep napping and waking up. not sure if its worth it. but since it doesnt seem to be negative on health in any way at least from all the reports i have read, i would suggest do it regularly for a week and comeback here and report results please. it will be interesting since everyone is different you might benefit a lot from it or just get same shitty reaction as me.

I'll let everyone know my experience - so far I'm liking it.

@Redan
I have high hopes for NSI 189 if I can ever get ahold of some.
