My bottle of magnesium glycinate ran out and I went to the store to get some but they only had magnesium bisglycinate. The employee there told me they were different because this one has two molecules. I was like fine. But when I googled it they said it was the same thing.
is magnesium bisglycinate the same as magnesium glycinate?
