I figured you guys might be interested in this if you have not heard about it already. A personal health tracker called Cue, https://cue.me/#vitamin-d

Its basically a little machine that lets you run your own little lab tests using saliva, blood ect. The five things it will apparently track is CRP, testosterone, vitamin d, fertility (Luteinizing Hormone (LH)) and apparently influenza. Im certainly interested.

Thank you Aza for the info!

I looks very interesting indeed...

I am worried about the cost of the cartridges, they are probably "one time use only" and since the interesting thing here would be able to track things everyday, or even more than once a day (testosterone), it could turn out far more expensive than the 200 bucks for the device if every time you need a new (probably not so cheap) cartridge.

But still very very interesting!!!

I can't wait to see some feedback from users...

hm, you are right they are not reusable. But they seem cheap enough to use a few times a week. Even at the cost from my understanding it is still cheaper and more convenient then standard testing.

"Cartridges, which are non-reusable, are mostly expected to sell for $20 per five-pack". And this part is interesting "Khattak says the eventual goal is to have both the unit and cartridges subsidized by insurance companies and government health-care programs like Medicare." http://www.theverge....lth-testing-lab
