Hi there,

this is to all our members in their 40s, 50s, 60s, etc.

Suppose some omnipotent being gave you the opportunity to get a sheet of paper and make a list of general life rules that you could send back through time to yourself at age 30.

The rules would have to be general rules like “Don’t get married”, instead of “buy stock X at January 21st 19XX”.

What would your list look like?

Kind Regards

Patanjali

The only rule is that there are no rules.

Seek wisdom,and happiness.

The heavens are limitless and will resurrect you for ever.

This civilisation will pass as all things pass, but nothing is lost.

Find peace of mind and be healthy.

There's a particular man I would like to meet. I would send instructions to look for him and I would send instructions to wean myself off sugar while I still could
