I wanted to test my findings before answering. I actually still don't know. I thought I could just take histidine while taking choline to balance it out but that didn't work. After a few days, choline which is a big methyl donor( converts to tmg which has 3 methyl donors), had me depressed again due to overmethylation I believe.

Use an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor to increase acetylcholine levels.

Also, improved vagus nerve functioning is linked to acetylcholine levels I think.

There are many easy ways of lowering histamine, many natural antihistamines exist. Self hacked blog has a great article on this: selfhacked.com/2014/08/01/deal-histamine/
