I have medication and suplements having an effect on me simply by holding them or having them in my pocket. It's the god honest truth and I havent got the slightest clue what it means.

I have terrible insomnia, when i sleep on a sulpiride pill I doze of in minutes, I just bought some vitamine B6 and inositol and and had it in my pocket my brain fog flairs up massively.

How is this even possible forget about having a doctor believing this urgh I think I am going crazy. pfffff.

You could get a physiological response through the same mechanism as a placebo response. So "premature placebo" is probably right.
