Looks like fear, and the clueless policy makers have struck again in the UK, apprentley the psycoactive substance bill will be coming into effect soon.

A lot of the normal suppliers are having flash sales to get rid of stock.

I guess I am lucky that nootropics did not really have a huge effect on me, nothing to miss.

Any one have any specific info of what is going to be banned outright?

According to the law, every substance is banned if it "produces a psychoactive effect in a person." This is defined as "stimulating or depressing the person’s central nervous system" or affecting a "person’s mental functioning or emotional state."

That would clearly include nootropic substances since they affect a person's mental functioning.

Those substances not banned must be specifically called out in a white list (an attempt to put nootropics on the white list failed), and it is up to individuals to intuit what is psychoactive and thus banned--"A person commits an offence if...the person knows or suspects, or ought to know or suspect, that the substance is a psychoactive substance."

The convenience of this law (from the government's standpoint), is that they are not constantly adding things to the black list. Instead, everything is on the black list unless they put it on the white list. It's like declaring everyone guilty unless they prove themselves innocent.

and that would put even a whole bunch of herbs and plants like Ginseng ,  Bacopa, Ashwagandha, etc.. on the offending list. They are all psychoactive.

But you're welcome to smoke and binge drunk however. It's on the white list.

Mindboggling.

Hey guys,

We actually have been shipping to the UK for a long time already. And nothing has changed since the ban. All parcels are passing customs and since the value declared is less than 30 GBP you don't even need to pay the export duty and spend your time on it. It takes 5-8 days on average. Full refund without any questions if anything happens to the parcel. (there have been no issues so far)

All products are brand-name nootropics in their original packages provided with the english drug sheets.

Lev,

Owner of Cosmic Nootropic

Business hasn't increased?

BTW, you have a typo in your link. It should be cosmicnootropic.com

Ohh, thank you!! I actually copied the link from About Me, so the typo was originally there.  :|o For some reason, I don't like formatting.

Answering your question about business, not that I would notice. The proportion of customers from the UK is still fairly the same. This maybe explained by the fact that I posted my message in several places like here and didn't do any additional marketing.

How nothing has not changed? PayPal blocks all the transaction, the sellers dont sell noopept, phenibut, even things which are over-the-counter anymore...

So how would people act? I bought lots of nootropic in UK...deep web and bitcoins?

The problem is that non of this so-called "mind altering" drugs aren't specified. Would you go to prision if you buy a stack of ginseng, bacopa and caffeine?
