Hi (and apologize my english, I'm french),

I can't get myself to finish anithing, to clean my flat, to make project, do sport...

I'm on
modafinil,

bulletproof coffee,

sulbutiamine,

paleo-type diet (for Crohn, initialy),

oxiracetam/alpha-GPC/Piracetam stack when I need motivation.

All of this helps... a little.

I was just diagnosted with prolactine adenoma, that I may had for years, my prolactine is currently 600ng/L Wich is huge, and may play a significant role in my lazyness. I'll be treated soon, hope will help.
I want to go further though, EEG feedback seems to me like a huge thing. Would it help motivating me to do stuff?
Would you recommand any kind of neurostimulation?

Also, for EEG feedback, I have not the slightest idea on what device I should buy. Epoch+ seems great but there is so many on the market.

Thank you in advance and sorry again for my english, I havent praticed in years, it must hurt the brain...

Activation of the ventral tegmental area (VTA) and mesolimbic networks is essential to motivation, performance, and learning.
