Hello, lets see how many supplements are taken by people regularly .

I take quite a few as well.

Also there's many different types such as omegas , antioxidants, vitamins, herbs, etc

Curious to see discussion on which types are more popular with people.

Also do you think there's a reasonable limit to how many should be taken? and when it is too many etc

I take what is probably an unconventional thing around here, Syrian Rue. Great for health, and improving cognition. It also brings about a so called "flow state".

See: www.longecity.org/forum/topic/61506-a-greatly-overlooked-factor-for-cognitionclarity-kynurenic-acid-glycinesarcosine-users-read/

Other things: (end of list taken less frequently)

Indium sulphate
D3
Sodium borate (diy 10% solution, few drops/litre of water)
Diatomaceous earth (food grade, in all water, slowly coverts to orthosilicic acid aka silica)
Glutamine
Zinc citrate/picolinate
Beetroot extract
Carnitine
Taurine
Beta alanine
Magnesium glycinate
Calcium citrate
Suma root (Pfaffia paniculata)
Moringa
Acai
Gotu kola
Cissus quadrangularis
Milk thistle extract
Theanine
Lemon balm
Vitamin E succinate
Creatine
Fermented cod liver oil
Bach flower essences (chilling out & sleep)
Blue lotus
Synaptolepis kirkii (BDNF, enhanced dreaming)
Nicotiana rustica (for nicotines alpha 7 nicotinic agonism, provides a cognitive boost)
Lobelia (to reverse and eradicate physical nicotine undesirable effects)
Memantine (reset drug tolerances, restore alpha 7 receptors by upregulation)
Iboga (reset all drug tolerances)
Datura stramonium (contains effective anti-nausea compound scopolamine, also a general muscarinic antagonist, good dream promoter)

That's interesting sativa I'll look more into syrian rue.

Also For the beet extract I usually drink beet juice instead it should be pretty similar.

Whats your opinion on cod liver oil? Some of the brands recently are using added Vit A and D instead of the naturally occurring forms in the oil , so I've been reluctant to try it.

I got the green pastures fermented cod liver oil. I have some quite sporadically, maybe very few weeks or so.

I also forgot to mention ~3g glycine most evenings before bed for improved sleep and mitochondrial function.
