Hey guys I am doing caloric restriction for life extension. My question is that since I am 145 lbs my needs for methionine cap at 657mg. What if I go very slightly over this requirement to say, 725 mg? (Without extra glycine to clear excess methionine out.) Will I still get th3 life extending benefits of CR

You need 1,250 mg per day of cyst and methods (sulfur amines) combined. You need to look at both.
