After taking "reduced glutathione" and getting no results for my chronic anxiety and depression, I started taking liposomal glutathione, I started with 2 doses per day, 450 mg of glutathione in each dose, and I felt much better after a few weeks. After a little while, I increased it to 3 doses per day at 450 mg each, and I now feel even better. I don't know for sure if the dose increase made me feel better, or if it was more of a function of more time passing, giving it more time to work. My question is, does anyone have any idea what the maximum safe dosage of liposomal glutathione is? It's crazy expensive, so I am already spending a fortune, but I could theoretically increase the dosage further in the short-term, to help me get well faster, and hopefully dial back the dose later, after I am well (hopefully). I've done research online, and I can't find anything regarding the maximum safe dosage of liposomal glutathione. I'm already taking 1350 mg per day so I am concerned I may already be exceeding the maximum safe dosage. Any information or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
