such as social anxiety, GAD, panic attacks ? If not NSI189 for anxiety, is there currently any other novel drug which could be helpful for this purpose ?  BTW, is it currently possible to get the Aloradine (PH94B nasal spray) ?

NSI-189 is currently a research chemical, with no major peer reviewed studies published for any condition. The best you'll get is anecdotal/subjective evidence, which varies widely from person to person.  So the answer is no.

besides NSI189 are there any other anxiolytics drugs (currently in development) which could be helpful for my problems ? I am still interested in trying PH94B (Aloradine) but so far there is no source for it.
