Hi,

 

My mother tried taking Nordic Naturals Ultimate D3, not much of a difference.

Also tried Carlsons (norway brand), and not much of a difference.

She said MorEPA  platinum is the only thing that worked.

But all their products are based on EPA...

 

 

Have you tried any DHA company/brand that actually WORKS? 

 

 

 

beta-endorphin is increased by DHA...

DHA decreases noraderline. (more dopamine)
