I'm kinda worried that my terrible gut health, or if not terrible very bad is affecting my suplements absortion.
Lets say someone has very bad digestion, and suffer from numerous digestive disorders, and on top of that, he eat very high oxalate rich foods - spinach 3x/day every day, with other greenies, carrots, onions, brown rice, chicken ect.
So in short very high oxalate/bad digestion - how much would this effect the following suplements,
Magnesium Bisglycinate
Zinc Picolinate
Retinol Vit A
Ascrobic acid
D3
K2 Mk7
Na-Rala
ALCAR
Omega 3
Also would the turmeric it self start being less bioavailable since its also extremely high in oxalates, and i take it 3x per day x 3grams?
