Digestive disorders - effect on high quality supplements absorption

I'm kinda worried that my terrible gut health, or if not terrible very bad is affecting my suplements absortion.

 

Lets say someone has very bad digestion, and suffer from numerous digestive disorders, and on top of that, he eat very high oxalate rich foods - spinach 3x/day every day, with other greenies, carrots, onions, brown rice, chicken ect.

 

So in short very high oxalate/bad digestion - how much would this effect the following suplements,

 

 

Magnesium Bisglycinate

 

Zinc Picolinate

 

Retinol Vit A

 

Ascrobic acid

 

D3

 

K2 Mk7

 

Na-Rala

 

ALCAR

 

Omega 3

 

 

Also would the turmeric it self start being less bioavailable since its also extremely high in oxalates, and i take it 3x per day x 3grams?

I guess not, because each of us has unique biochemical individuality - which already has a large effect on the absorption of nutrients.

 

You could measure your own levels along with intake, and compare it to others who have done the same. However, these tests are expensive, and I doubt you'll find many data-points other than for RBC magnesium, 25(OH)D3 level and omega-3 index.

The oral route, only sub-lingual would bypass the digestive tract.

 

But again, each of the nutrients you mention are absorbed differently in different parts of the digestive tract and one would have to look at each of these nutrients individually.
