I've been feeling very irritable and moody after exercising sometimes.

I do not want ot to effect my work or anything else so I need tips on how to reduce this.

Like, a check-list of things I should (or shouldn't) be doing before and after exercising.

Thanks.

A couple of lines below there is already an identical tread, everybody is unique, of course, but maybe it would be better to join that discussion instead of starting a new one.

I get this if I have a too low intake of calories, or do not fill up my glycogen storage after exercize...... try to add 30-100g of glucose after training(depending how hard it is).

Obviously this counts if you do "real" exercize, not fitness equipment stuff:)
