It seems like it would be nice to keep a record of supplements in a log or diary. Does anyone do this?
If so, what format do you use (handwritten vs. digital-word, excel etc?)
Also, what information do you record?

I use a LibreOffice spreadsheet with all ingredients of a product - calculated by the amount and time taken - in a row, add it up each 4 month and keep its history. Then I enter in and lab results in an google spreadsheet to get more opinions.

Do you have a template you'd be willing to share?
