Hi,

Will the good folks of longecity have a look at my lab reports and tell me if I have found out the cause of my depression, lack of energy and social-anxiety?

1.  Testosterone 274.76 ng/dL

2.  25-Hydroxy Vitamin D 25.3 ng/mL

3.  TriIodothyronine Total (TT3) 0.94 ng/dl

     Thyroxine - Total (TT4) 8.9 <g/dl

     Thyroid Stimulating Hormone 1.94 mclU/ml

      (TSH)

I've attached the whole report as well.

Thanks,
Sarif

Though it's not at all clear from these few lab tests what are the root causes of your depression, lack of energy and social-anxiety, you do have low total testosterone (to dive deeper get also free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH, DHEAs and cortisol tested). Insufficient Vitamin D warrants supplementation (as in most of us). Unfortunately you only got total thyroid hormones tested, and not the more active free versions of it. So these don't tell you much about your actual health of your thyroid.

PS: To get to the root cause of your condition it takes more comprehensive blood testing, and more important, your medical history and livestyle/changes.
