Hi,

I have low Vitamin-D , low testosterone and couple of other things resulting in extreme fatigue, depression and social anxiety.

I'm working with my doctor towards resolving these issues.

But I understand that there is no magic pill, these things will take time to heal.

That brings me to my question, next one month is very important in my life - both professionally and personally. I CANNOT let my problems stop me from performing my best these few days.

Can you please suggest any supplement, nootropic, medicine or anything that'll keep me constantly energized and focused for few days? I don't care even if it's in the grey area.

Right now I'm not worried about safety, I'll sort that out with my doctor later.

I'm literally begging you to suggest me something as you are my last resort. I'm even ready to take steroid if that helps, that's how desperate I am.

Couple of things you should know:

  1. Phenibut makes me sleepy
  2. 200mg modafinil keeps me energized for 4/5 hours, but then I crash. I don't even have the luxury to waste a single second outside of sleep and food.
  3. I'm a very responsible user and don't have addictive personality.

Thanks,

Sarif

As a QUICK and TEMPORARY fix supplementing testosterone seems the most logical way to solve a low testosterone issue.

Please realize that it is likely not the best way to face that kind of issue in the long term and that once the cycle is off things would be even worst than before, at least for a while.

In India to buy testosterone without a prescription shouldn't be an issue but I strongly recommend to have your doctor backing you in order to do things properly anyway.
