Does a bottle of powdered creatine turn unstable if it was in warm temperatures for a long time?

What temperatures are you talking about? And what time spans?

Almost all substances' rate of degradation is increased by higher temperature.

But as long as you do not store the creatinine in an oven or similary; it should be quite stable. And because creatine does not degrade into antyhing dangerous, that I know of atleast, all that should happen is somewhat of a lesser effect.
