Does anyone here know of a TNF-a Inhibitor that crosses the BBB, I know of pentoxfylline. Anyone know of any others?

Piperine, and probably one of these:

"A harmala alkaloid, harmine, an opium alkaloid, papaverine, and Lycoris alkaloids, lycorine and lycoricidinol, showed TNF-α suppressive activities stronger than or comparable to that of a reference polyphenol, butein..."

I read someplace that desipramine acts a bit to inhibit tnf alpha
