Specifically, my left side thalamus is out. Otherwise I'm pretty 'normal'.

Pretty sure it was mercury that took it out, rather than the conventional stroke.

(There's a huge overlap in the 'mental' symptoms of mercury, and those described for a thalamus stroke/loss of bloodflow)

Either way, I've definitely got the "one-sided burning or aching sensation often accompanied by mood swings"

Trying to put myself back together. Any suggestions? Things that have helped-

Specific to the thalamus' role as mental pacemaker: Meditation, Neurofeedback, Isochronic tones

Brain damage in general:

Ozone/hyperbaric chamber for oxygenation.

PQQ

Energy lipids

Nicotinamide Riboside.

Looking for potential avenues to try. Not particularly picky.

(For instance, I've already tried c60oo, methyl-blue from here.)
