Sorry for starting another topic (actually I ask admin to delete the previous one if possible since it may spread some disinformation).

Long story short - I've been struggling with huge cognitive impairment, headaches, depression and neurological issues - face paresthesia and paresis leg (that's a new one). Whether some of those symptoms may or may not have its root in my biochemistry (which I thought was an only reasonable explanation) is not relevant now, the cause seems to be quite different but nevertheless worrying.

I went to a neurologist and after looking at my MRI he suspects a small aneurysm between my hemispheres. Further survey needs to be done though, he's not entirely sure.

Anyway, back to nootropics. Before I found about this, I have been trying to use some supplements to improve my cognitive dysfunction and they're doing their job but also it seems they have an influence on my neurological problems.

I use:

- Ashwagandha 2x300mg/day

- ALCAR 2x500mg/day

- Uridine 50mg/day combined with b vitamins

- Melatonin/Melissa cap before sleep

- Fish oil - 2-4 caps/day - Idk why it has a bad impact on my, causes headaches and overall deterioration of my symptoms so I rather avoid it

Stack has helped significantly, mood and cognition has improved - I think it's safe to say - drastically but it also turned my neuro symptoms from vauge and inspecific to acute and point located (the headache is located at the exact place where my neurologist found an aneurysm) - I believe a leg paresis has been somehow triggered by this stack (maybe a micro outflow?).

What's next? I know I have to manage my blood pressure and stress so I stick to ashwagandha but how about other components? Also 250g of Piracetam has been already shipped to me (I did not know about the bubble yet). I guess I should focus on lowering my cerebral blood pressure mostly - would Piracetam help it? I read it improves a blood flow but I am not sure and don't want to do anything reckless.

P.S. I placed it in "Mental Health" instead of "Brain Health" - sorry.

Learn about Omega 3 oils and try eating organic rice every day. You'll be fine.
