Hello everybody,

I'm new in the world of the nootropics. I ordered a bottle of phenylpiracetam on powder city 2 weeks ago. Each caps contain about 100mg of phenylpiracetam.

The first time I took this product I only took 50mg of the phenyl. 20 min after I knew this was some serious product. It was like I entered in some improvement of the awareness. I was very motivated and concentrated for about 1H30.

2 days later I took 100mg this time but I wasnt able to feel the exact same way that I felt the first days. For me it only gave motivation for about 2H maximum.

One week later I took 100mg of phenyl again and the effect lasted for 1H again max. So I looked upon the web and some people said that it last for about 4-5 hours it seems a lot to me !! I read that some people took more of the product So I decided to increase to 200mg and now it's like it give me focus for 1 hours but that's it nothing more.

I'm really disappointed, I dont know what the problem is with me ? I cannot experiment the same INTENSE focus I had the first time I took it even if it was 50mg... I dont know how to express it but damn the first day I took it, I was like this is the best product I ever tried. It gived me focus, extreme motivation etc...

I know it can build a tolerance but I waited like a week before going 100mg and the next days 200mg and the effects are very low now ....

I dont know what to do guys ? Maybe my body dont receive well the phenyl? Maybe it's because I took caps instead of putting the powder under the tongue ?

Noticed a very similar spike in noticeable effects. I think because it was so foreign, your body didn't know how to react, but round two and three it figured it out.

I still get effects from it even at 150mg a day, once in the morning. Helps me handle stress better, prevents distraction, have better forethought, etc.

That 4-5 hour time span was on rats, IIRC. Humans could have the half life be quite a bit longer.

So I urge you to look back on days taking phenylpiracetam and days without it and see if you were able to achieve more, act with more confidence, gave up less easy, took less breaks, got less distracted, or just were generally in a brighter, less stressed out state of mind.

Why don't you try 50mg again? More is not always better.

But yes, normal Piracetam did the same thing for me. First time was awesome, one of the best things I've ever took. Then... Well... Not anymore.
