Hello

So im getting a nootropic stack in a few days including the following ingredients:

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine

L-Theanine

Coluracetam

Noopept

Caffeine

And ive recently began taking a medication Mirtazapine, its an (NaSSA).

Is there any risks in combining the two ?

Thanks in advance!

I've had terrible anti-nootropic (meaning the opposite thereof) effects from Mirtazepine. Somnolence that continued for weeks following discontinuation.

Yikes! You'll need to taper off. Ask your doctor about nortriptaline.

I take around 0.5mg mirtazapine as a sleep aid. It works great as long as you don't use it every day. Once a week or less is good.

Why would I need to taper off ?

The recommended starting dose for Mirtazapine is 15-30mg.

Ive been taking Mirtazapine on and off for about 1½ weeks now and also combining with the Nootropic stack I wrote about in my first post,

and there seems to be NO adverse side effects from the combo.
