How to know if I am taking too much antioxidants?

I am taking daily: 

 

 

1200 mg NAC (just started)

 

150 MG vitamin C

 

8 mg Vitamin E 

 

Drinking 5-7 cups of green tea daily 

 

8 grs of fish oil

 

5 grs of turmeric as a specie

 

Used to take Gingko, gotu kola and ginseng in past month. They have some antioxidant properties too. 

 

And also I am eating lots of vegatables and fruits. 

 

 

It is known that excessive levels of antioxidant amount can cut the benefits of exercise. And beyond that it may even be harmful for your body. Do you think I am in risk? How can I be sure from that?

I haven’t seen any evidence that you can get too much antioxidants if you’re getting it from whole foods /spices/herbs, which is where you seem to get most of yours.

Taking vitamin antioxidants in pill form may not be as useful.

In this study taking vitamin E or vitamin A supplements actually increased mortality:
